Who can visit Pulse?

Pulse is a trade only show, which means that you need to be able to prove you are a part of the retail trade. If you are setting up a new business, or are coming along to the exhibition with a colleague, we welcome you to attend but please ensure you have registered for your personalised entry badge. N.B Exhibitors have a 'minimum order' policy and will not sell to members of the public. If you are found buying for personal use, you will be asked to leave the exhibition.

How do I register?

You can register by clicking on the Register Now button.

Please note that if you do not register before the show, a ticket on the door will cost £20.

How much does it cost to visit Pulse?

Entry is free if you pre-register prior to the show. For all those who aren't pre-registered, there will be an onsite £20 fee.

Where is Pulse located?

Pulse has a new home, and will take place in Olympia London, Hammersmith Road, London W14 8UX, United Kingdom. The closest London Underground and London Overground station is Kensington (Olympia). For more information on getting to the venue see our Getting There page.

When do I get my badge?

When you register for Pulse, you will be issued with a unique entrance voucher which will be confirmed by email. Please bring this entrance voucher with you to the show. There will be fast-track ticket machines at the entrance to issue you with a pass.

If you have any questions regarding your badge please contact one of our team members in the Contact Us section.

What is the Indigo Club?

The Indigo Club is a loyalty club for the most loyal and important department store, multiple, and independent buyers to Clarion Events' retail trade shows.

Also, be sure to use the facilities in the Indigo Lounge including complimentary tea, coffee and cloakroom.

Please note: In order to obtain/retain your membership for Pulse next year you need to have attended any three of our shows this year, or the Pulse for three consecutive years.

We no longer operate a 'Badge Number' system. To register for your Indigo ticket, you can either register through our Pulse newsletters or on the website. If for some reason your confirmation email states you are a visitor, we will ensure this is automatically updated before the show. Please contact a member of the team if you have any enquiries.

Can I bring my young child with me?

Pulse is a retail trade show and is not designed for children. If you choose to bring your young child with you, you must be responsible for the child. Please be aware that we do not have any crèche facilities at the show.

Can I obtain a visa to travel to the show?

The organisers of Pulse regret that they are not able to send out letters of invitation for visitors from overseas in order to help secure visas.

If your business is relevant to Pulse, you will have to provide evidence to the British Embassy in your country by submiting proof of your employment and the nature of your employers business. Please DO NOT contact the organisers with regards to this, as all requests for letters of invitation will be denied.
