Getting Here
London is served by five main airports: Heathrow, Gatwick, Luton, Stansted and London City Airport. All airports run bus services into central London (www.easybus.co.uk, www.nationalexpress.co.uk ) and are served by overground rail services and the underground (for Heathrow and London City only). We would like to make your journey to the show as easy as possible. Please see our Travel section for further information about how to get around London and to Earls Court for Pulse 6- 8 June 2010.
Hotel Information
Pulse 2010 has appointed Virtuoso as the official accommodation agency for the event. Virtuoso has negotiated special rates at a number of local hotels within easy reach of Earls Court to meet the varying budgets of all participants. Please email hotels@virtuosoltd.com with your requirements and one of the friendly and efficient operators will contact you with the best options available. Alternatively feel free to telephone them on +44 (0)1462 427 765.
Please note that the Virtuoso service is completely free of charge and once the best hotel is decided upon we will confirm the details to both you and the hotel.
If your preferred hotel does not appear on our booking form please state your preference and we will be happy to book the hotel of your choice.
Visa Information
The organizers of Pulse regret that they are not able to send out letters of invitation for visitors from overseas in order to help them secure visas. If your business is relevant to Pulse you will be able to prove this to the British Embassy in your country by providing evidence of your employment and the nature of your employers business. Please DO NOT contact the organizers with regards to this, as all requests for letters of invitation will be denied.
