Can anyone visit Pulse 2010?
Pulse is a trade only show, which means that you need to be able to prove you are a part of the retail trade. Exhibitors have a 'minimum order' policy and will not sell to members of the public.

Do I need to provide proof of trade?
Spot checks for proof of trade will be in operation. You should have proof of trade on you - which can include a business card or a company cheque book.

How much does it cost to visit Pulse 2010?
If you pre-register prior to the show (click on the Register Now button in the left-hand menu) you will save yourself the £20 onsite fee. So register today!

When do I get my badge?
If you have registered in plenty of time, you will be mailed an Essential Guide with your badge approximately 3 weeks before the show (this will be the week commencing 17 May 2010).
If you register to Be Green, your badge will be emailed to you.
When you register for Pulse, you will be issued with a reference number which will be confirmed by email. In the event that your ticket does not arrive in time, please bring this reference number with you to the show. What is the Indigo Club?
The Indigo Club is a loyalty club for the most loyal and important department store, multiple, and independent buyers to Clarion Events retail trade shows. If you are an Indigo Club member wishing to attend Pulse 2010, you should bring your Indigo Club badge with you to the show, to ensure your fast-track entry. Indigo members will receive their badge two weeks before every show, along with their Essential Guide.
Also, be sure to use the facilities in the Indigo Lounge located at the back of the hall including complimentary tea, coffee and cloakroom.
Please note: In order to obtain/retain your membership for next year you need to have attended any three of our shows this year, or the same show for three consecutive years (please note you need to use the same reference number during registration for each of the shows to do this).

What is the Elect Club?
All exhibitors are entitled to invite their key buyers as Elect Club visitors, entitling them to fast track entry, use of the Indigo Club lounge, and free cloakroom use. If you have been nominated, your badge will state your Elect Club status, and the accompanying badge letter will highlight that you have been nominated by an exhibitor.

Can I bring my young child with me?
If you choose to bring your young child with you to Pulse 2010, please be aware that we do not promote the show as an environment appropriate for children. There will be no crèche facilities available onsite so you must be responsible for your child at all times.

How do I pre-book a car parking space?
